The woman behind the work

She inherited a beginning—and built a future.

Ontoko began with Jane's parents, who raised poultry for their household before growing enough to supply others. After completing her studies, Jane stepped fully into farming in 2019 and took the family enterprise forward.

Under her leadership, the farm expanded its flock, entered retail supply, trained staff and upcoming farmers, and kept a clear purpose in view: feed Namibian families and create opportunity through agriculture.
